If you build the best tower in the organization, how will all the other staff learn your secrets to success? Why, the Knowledge Jam, of course! Here we are building towers - the tallest tower was 7 feet 10 inches; what did that team do that we didn't do?? After the building event, the rest of the participants, the "brokers", simulating departments or stakeholder groups, interviewed the successful team about their approach. Wonderful model for knowledge sharing.
