2017 Collaborative Coaching with May Institute

We worked with 6 directors from the May Institute, who provide consultation and fund services for people on the autism spectrum. 

The key themes that emerged:
  1. Enroll others to help problem-solve
  2. We need shared responsibility beyond HR for change
  3. We don’t have to do it all ourselves
  4. We all want collaboration
