Group coaching Program 2025

GROUP COACHING PROGRAM
Are you ready to upskill your consulting, OD, facilitation or coaching skills?
 
We’re excited to announce a new cohort starting in October.  The purpose is to support people who are working in OD consulting, team or leadership development, coaching or training, whether you're internal or external.  This is a follow-up to a very successful group coaching program we conducted in 2024 to which participants gave high marks!
 
Tentative start date: October 22, 2025.  5 virtual sessions, for 1 hr. 30 min.
DATES: Oct. 22, Nov. 5, 19, Dec. 3 and 17, 4:30-6pm.
Option 2:  10:30am-12pm. If you're interested in that time let me know; we can create a second group. 
 
Format:  Peer coaching, problem/ case presentation, small group discussion, experiential activities.
Limited to 10 participants to maximize participation and learning.

Experiential activities:
  • It's important to know how we coming across to people, so we'll do an activity where you get feedback from your peers.
Scenario discussion: 
  • I’m facilitating an offsite with a leadership team next week. I’ve interviewed the team members and none of them trusts the team leader.  What should I do? 
  • I'm facilitating a board retreat and a board member challenges the focus on fundraising and wants to spend more time discussing expectations of board members.  How do I move forward?
Case or challenge presentation:  Bring any question or scenario from your work that would benefit from group reflection and insight.  Here's a sampling of questions you might bring:
  • I'm looking for an activity to help integrate new and older board members.
  • I'm disappointed about an engagement that I did (and I'd like to learn from it)
  • I'm concerned that something unexpected will happen in a meeting that I'm facilitating
Benefit for presenter:  Get coaching to help you gain clarity about how to handle the situation you find/found yourself in.  Benefit for everyone, learn from the experience of other people; practice asking powerful questions.  Ask questions that will support your learning and professional development.ΓΆ

Program price: Members $300/5 sessions.  Non-members:  $375.  (You can join the BFR for $75/year).
